Medium walnut oil was made with a combination of two varieties of walnuts, one of which is very special: the horn. This variety is much tastier and has a naturally sweet taste, which makes it unique. That’s our signature oil!
Our oils are used in seasoning, they are a real flavor enhancer. They include salads, shredded carrots, lentils, soups and finished fish, etc. They can be kept closed for two years and one year once opened, in the cellar or in the refrigerator.
Organic medium walnut oil is certified FR-BIO-01 and received the Silver Medal at the Agricultural Competition in Paris in 2022.
