Hazelnut cake powder is used as chestnut flour or almond powder between 25g and 80g per 100g of flour in your preparations: cakes, breads, ... You can also sprinkle the cake on your salads or your cooked meals. It will spice them up with a good taste of roasted hazelnuts.
